			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Inspired by <a href="http://chetansurpur.com/blog/2010/11/magic-work-cycle.html" target="_blank">this post</a> found on <a href="http://www.reddit.com/r/programming/comments/e3you/life_hack_the_3030_minute_work_cycle_feels_like/" target="_blank">reddit</a> I decided to make a quick desktop app in my spare time.</p>
<p>The basic idea is to work for a certain length of time and then switch to a break for a certain length of time and continue the cycle. This is supposed to allow you to focus more when in work mode.</p>

<p>Default timings are 30 minutes for breaks and work periods.</p>
