The basic idea is to work for a certain length of time and then switch to a break for a certain length of time and continue the cycle. This is supposed to allow you to focus more when in work mode.

Default timings are 30 minutes for breaks and work periods.

I made it because I hate having to remember where to resume from. This program will remember where you stopped a file and automatically resume from there.
